Nanoom is not an insurance provider. Membership programs are not health insurance and do not replace health insurance coverage.

4. Membership Programs & Payments

Membership Fees

Nanoom offers membership programs that require payment of an annual or recurring fee. Membership fees, included services, and terms are disclosed at the time of purchase.

All fees are:

  • Due at the time of purchase

  • Subject to change with notice

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Nanoom does not store your full payment card information.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Nanoom to charge applicable fees to your selected payment method.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Membership cancellation and refund policies, if applicable, are outlined at the time of enrollment or in your membership agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

  • Unused services do not roll over

  • Memberships do not substitute for insurance reimbursement

6. No Insurance Relationship

Nanoom does not submit claims to insurance companies and does not guarantee reimbursement for services. Members are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage independently.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Use the Services for lawful purposes only

  • Not misuse or interfere with the operation of the Services

  • Not attempt to access restricted areas without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nanoom website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Nanoom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
